Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients :

130 gms Butter

100 gms Dark Chocolate Bar

1-1/4 cup Maida

2 tsp Baking Powder

1-1/4 cup Castor Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

1/2 cupĀ  Walnuts

Milk (As required to optimize the consistency of batter)

Method:

1) Put dark chocolate and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave till the two melts.

2) Mix well.

3) Sieve maida and baking powder nicely.

4) Add the maida and baking powder mixture to butter and chocolate.

5) Add vanilla essence.

6) Add milk to have the optimum consistency.

7) Now add walnuts and mix.

8.) Preheat the microwave on 180 dergree at microwave-convection mode.

9) Grease the baking dish with ghee and sprinkle some maida on it.

10) Place a butter paper inside the dish and pour the batter.

11) Put in microwave for 7 mins.

12) Pierce knife to verify if done, it should come out clean.
