White Chocolate Rum Truffles Recipe

White Chocolate Rum Truffles Recipe Ingredients:

1/3 cup whipping cream

1 lb white chocolate grated

2 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp Rum

Method:

1. Heat Cream till the boiling point and let it cool.

2. Melt half the white chocolate over hot boiling water stir till smooth.

3. Beat in the butter.

4. Add cream and beat vigorously till mixture is light and fluffy also add Rum.

5. Chill for about 1-2 hours.

6. Make balls of the mixture.

7. Melt the other half white chocolate.

8. Dip truffles in it and cool again

9. Chill and serve.
