White and Dark Chocolate Marbled Mousse Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

For Crust:

1 cup Chocolate Wafer Crumbs

3 tbsp Melted Butter

Chocolate Filling

45gm Semi sweet chocolate, chopped

2 cup Whipped Cream

White Chocolate Mousse

75gms White Chocolate

2 eggs, separated

1/2 cup Whipped Cream

Method:

1) For Crust: In a bowl mix chocolate wafer, crumbs and the melted butter.

2) Put this in the bottom of a pan and chill till we prepare filling.

3) For Chocolate Filling: In a bowl melt the chocolate over hot boiling water, stir it until smooth.

4) Remove from heat and beat egg whites, now alternatively fold egg whites and whipped cream in to the chocolate mixture.

5) Pour this in to pan with crust and set aside.

6) For Making White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate over hot boiling water and stir till smooth.

7) Now beat two egg white and once done add alternatively fold whipped cream with it.

8.) Add this to chocolate mixture and fold.

9) Pour this in center of dark chocolate mousse.

10) Wit a knife swirl white mousse through dark mousse.

11) Chill 3 to 4 before serving.
