Pineapple Cake Recipe

Pineapple Cake RecipeIngredients:

For Batter

4 eggs

1 cup + 1 tsp Maida

1 cup + 1 tsp + 3 tsp Sugar Powder (powdered)

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Pineapple Essence

200 gms fresh cream

1 Pine Apple Ring

1 Cup Milk

Method For Icing

Method:

1) Beat eggs with an electric beater till the time it becomes extremely fluffy.

2) Now add sugar to eggs and beat again to mix.

3) Mix maida and baking powder together and sieve for 2-3 times.

4) Now add maida to the above sugar and egg mixture.

5) Beat this mixture further to mix well.

6) At last add essence to this and mix.

7) Preheat the microwave at 220 degree Celsius.

8.) Grease the cake dish with oil and sprinkle some maida over it.

9) Pour the batter in the dish and cook for 8 minutes on Microwave + Convection mode.

10) Once done let the cake cool, then invert the cake tray and tap from back and the cake will come out.

11) Now mix 1tsp of sugar in 1 cup of milk with some drops of essence.

12) Cut the cake horizontally into equal halves.

13) Now pour the milk mixture on both the halves.

14) Now mix 3 tsp of sugar in fresh cream and nicely spread the cream on both the halves.

15) Cut thin slices of pineapple from the pineapple ring and place on the halves.

16) Now place one half on another such that both the creamy parts are together.

17) Do desired icing and serve.

Other Details:

1)Prepares 1 kg ( 2 pound ) Cake.

2)Beat the batter mixture well for better results
