Pineapple Cake Icing Recipe
Ingredients:
400gms Fresh Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Pine apple Essence
Some Pineapple Pieces
Some Red Cherries
Jam
2 Ice Tray with Ice
Method :
1) Put cream in a container placed over the container filled with ice and beat the cream.
2) Beat the cream till it becomes fluffy and starts forming peaks.This process will take 8-10 min.
3) Once peaks are formed add sugar to this and again beat.
4) Add essence.
5) Now evenly spread the cream over the cake with the help of knife.
6) Wipe the knife regularly with warm water to have an even icing coating.
7) Now decorate the cake with by placing the pineapple and cherry pieces alternately.
Prepare a cone and fill jam in it and write any loveable message.
9) Icing is done.
Other Details:
1) For better results always do icing on the back side of cake.
2) Wash and Cut the cherries in to half before decorating them on cake.
3) It will be better if the cream in already cooled as the peaks will start forming fast.
