Lovers Delight – Chocolate Sundae Recipe

Ingredients:

Hot Fudge Topping:

1/4 cup Butter

120gm Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup Icing Sugar

1/2 cup Whipped Cream

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Chocolate Whipped Cream

1 cup Whipped Cream

1 tbsp Chocolate syrup

Ice Cream

5 scoops Chocolate Chip Ice cream

5 scoops Chocolate Nut Fudge Ice cream

5 scoops Rocky Road Ice Cream

Method:

To make the topping:

1. In a bowl over hot water melt chocolate with butter, until smooth.

2. Slowly add Icing sugar, stir in cream and continue to stir until smooth and hot.

3. Also add vanilla essence.

To make the Chocolate Whipped Cream:

4. In a bowl whip cream with chocolate syrup until stiff peaks for.

5. How to assemble:

6. Put one scoop of each ice cream, pour hot fudge sauce and whipped cream among dishes.

7. Serve immediately.

You can use any ice cream flavors as and when available.

Garnish with nuts if available.
