Eggless Chocolate Sponge Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
200gm condensed milk
125 grams all purpose flour (maida)
1 tbsp cocoa
60 ml. melted butter
1 tbsp chocolate powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
75ml Water
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method :
1) Sieve the dry ingredients namely, maida, cocoa, chocolate powder, soda, baking powder.
2) Now mix condensed milk to the above sieved mixture, also add some water, essence, and melted butter.
3) Mix the mixture well. Now put in a greased baking tray.
4) Bake it for 10 minutes under 200degree Celsius and on 180 degree for another 10 minutes.
5) Insert a knife and if nothing sticks to it means cake is done. Let it cool for sometime. Then turn over and tap from back to remove.
